What’s Not Included

Our moving support services are designed to complement your move and help you feel more organized throughout the process.

Unless otherwise arranged, packages do not include:

• Moving or packing supplies
• Moving truck or transportation services
• Heavy furniture moving
• Furniture or electronics disassembly, assembly, or installation
• Deep cleaning
• Junk removal or landfill fees
• Confidential paper shredding
• Fine art, antiques, or specialty handling unless specifically agreed
• Parking, mileage, building access fees, or specialty supply costs where applicable

Additional team support may be recommended for larger or time-sensitive projects and will be quoted based on project scope.

• In-Home Consultation: $50 + GST (credited toward your package when you move forward with our services)

Hourly services may be recommended depending on the scope of your project:

• Lead Organizer: $95/hour + GST
• Professional Organizer Team Member: $85/hour + GST
• Two Organizer Team: $165/hour + GST

All additional products will be discussed and approved prior to purchase to ensure alignment with your goals, budget, and preferences.

A premium rate may apply for rush projects or appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours.
